Product introduction:

The PTC electric heater, often referred to as a PTC Heating Element or PTC heater, features a premium heat-sensitive ceramic heating core as its primary heating source. It is constructed using corrugated aluminum strips that are bonded with high-temperature adhesive, welded, and molded to form the heater's structure. The assembly is supported by national standard high-temperature insulating supports, which are designed with screw holes spaced for easy customer integration and assembly. The over-temperature safety terminal connection is robustly engineered for reliability. Terminals are encased in silicone sheaths renowned for their excellent resistance to high temperatures, corrosion, and flame, ensuring durability and safety. The electrical connections utilize high-quality JST terminals made from pure copper (model STO-61T-250N) imported from Japan, guaranteeing a secure connection. Wiring is conducted with high-temperature resistant (up to 300°C) PTFE braided wire, ensuring the wiring post is securely installed and the wiring harness remains in excellent condition, minimizing the risks of disconnection and leakage.
