Immersion electric heating pipe / High Watt Immersion Heater is formed by inserting electric heating wires wounded on MgO pipe (carbon steel pipe, titanium pipe, stainless steel pipe and copper pipe), filling the gap with magnesium oxide powder with good thermal conductivity and insulation.
Following the initial assembly, the Immersion Heater is then shaped into various forms to accommodate the specific requirements of the users' appliances, showcasing its versatility.
High Watt Immersion Heaters are usually flanged to heat liquids in the immersion tank. For general liquids, we use SUS304 material for the pipe. If it is corrosive liquid, SUS316 material is required.
