Flanged water immersion heaters / (High Watt Immersion Heater)are hairpin-bent tubular elements welded or brazed into a flange and provided with electrical enclosures.
Flange immersion heaters are designed primarily for direct immersion in liquids such as water, oils, solvents and process solutions, molten materials as well as air and gases. By generating all the heat within the liquid or process, flange immersion heaters are virtually 100 percent energy efficient.
Immersion heaters are of a variety styles for multi usage. All the tube elements are made of Nichrome heating wires, sheathed by pure stainless steel or Incoloy and Insulated by 99% purity Mgo , which guaranteed long life span up to 15000 hours.
