Cartridge heaters are divided into two types generally: High wattage density (surface area wattage of heating zone :12-25W/cm2) and medium, low wattage density (surface area wattage of heating zone :5-11W/cm2, working temperature is less than 300℃).
Where is Cartridge Heater used for?
Cartridge heaters are applied in: plastic packing and sealing, mold heating, analytical instruments, cigarette industry, footwear industry, semiconductor eutectic soldering, die-casting input channel heating, and no runner injection, refrigeration effects of various gas expansion and other heating.
