Silicone rubber mat heaters are ideal for applying heat to awkward shapes or difficult spaces and surfaces.

Most Silicon Heater Mats are supplied with an adhesive backing and can operate up to a maximum temperature of 180°C. Non-adhesive backed mats can also be supplied which can operate up to 200°C.

The Silicon Heating Elements are recommended that the mats are controlled to the working temperature via electro mechanical or digital thermostats/controllers. The mats can also be fitted with integral thermocouples and over temperature bimetallic switches.
